How accurate is it?

The planner uses a wall-building heuristic that respects carton orientation, stacking rules and payload limits. It is designed to give a realistic, loadable plan quickly, not a mathematically perfect one. Real loading depends on carton strength, pallet overhang, dunnage and the loading crew, so keep a safety margin when booking.
